We stopped on the road to Bansco to
see the Rila Monastery and have lunch. There was an
impressive storm which did not last long
and cleared the air. |

were delighted to see some splendid marsh helleborines and an impressive
memorial.

One village had storks' nests on many of the
houses and we tried to snap them,
they performed for us, but with so much gusto that the pictures
